Apple Releases iOS 16.2, What New Features Are There?
JAKARTA - Last September, Apple introduced iOS 16 on the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro devices. Now, Apple released iOS 16.2 as well as introducing many new capabilities for its users.
This 16.2 update introduces Freeform, adds Apple Music Sing, Lockscreen improvements, and other features and bug fixes for your iPhone.
Freeform
Freeform is a new app that allows Apple device users to create with friends or colleagues on Mac, iPad and iPhone. Here, you can draw and sketch anything on the screen of your device.
Apple Music Sing
Apple Music Sing is a new way to karaoke with millions of your favorite songs on Apple Music. Here, you can duet with the original singer or sing solo. Just like in real karaoke, Apple will also show you the lyrics in real-time.
Lockscreen
This new lockscreen setting allows you to hide the wallpaper or notifications when the Always-on screen mode is activated on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
You can also see your latest sleep data on the Sleep Widget, and check your medication schedule with the Medicine Widget.

Game Center now provides SharePlay support for co-playing games in multiplayer mode, via FaceTime calls. The Activity Widget will also allow you to see what your friends are playing or up to in games right from the Home Screen.
