Blue Twitter Verification Subscription Coming Back on November 29
JAKARTA - A few days ago, the new Twitter leader, Elon Musk, stopped his Twitter Blue subscription for 8 US dollars (Rp. 125,000) for account verification.
At that time, Musk said the reason for the termination of the subscription was because of the emergence of fake accounts that were mushrooming on the platform.
A few days later, on November 13, Musk in his tweet said that this subscription would be returned around the following week.
Now, Musk has confirmed when this Twitter Blue verification subscription will return. "Relaunched Blue verification through November 29 to ensure that it's robust", Musk wrote.

However, Musk didn't say what changes might occur with the relaunch of Blue verification, but the company has returned the "official" label in a bid to reassure advertisers.
Musk added that verified Twitter users would not be able to change their display name. If they change it, then they will lose the blue tick in their account.
"With the new release, changing your verified name will result in the loss of the tick until the name is confirmed by Twitter to meet the Terms of Service", he added in a separate tweet.
On the other hand, two days ago Musk tweeted that the company would soon be rolling out a feature that would allow organizations to identify accounts that are actually associated with them.

In a later note, he clarified organizations would be able to manage their own affiliates and affiliate accounts, but Twitter would be the arbiter of what it considered the primary organization.
Until now, problems related to Twitter account verification are still unclear. There are still many pros and cons related to Elon Musk's new policy.
