JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk continues to make Livin' by Mandiri the spearhead of retail customer digital services. The Super app belonging to Bank Mandiri can be used by customers and prospective customers who are abroad using the local country sim card number.
President Director of Bank Mandiri Darmawan Junaidi said, with this new feature Livin' by Mandiri can be accessed by Indonesian citizens (WNI) in 118 countries ranging from the Netherlands, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Australia, the United States, South Korea, Japan, United Kingdom, and dozens of other countries.
"Bank Mandiri has made all services digitized in total to be present as a one-stop financial solution for customers, including Livin' by Mandiri which directly greets Indonesian people in various parts of the world. Livin' is now present All Around The World in the blink of an eye," said Darmawan when introducing this latest digital innovation at the Indonesian Day 2022 event held by the Indonesian Embassy in London, England, Sunday, November 6, London time or Sunday evening, West Indonesia time, and attended by the Indonesian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Ireland, & IMO Desra Believe.
