Police Says Lesti Kejora's Domestic Violence Case With Rizky Billar Has Been Stopped
JAKARTA - South Jakarta Metro Police stated that the case of Domestic Violence (KDRT) Lesti Kejora with Rizky Billar had been terminated or SP3. This was conveyed directly by Kasatreskrim Kompol Irwandy Idrus.
"Yes, we say so because it is regulated in Police Regulation No. 8 of 2021 concerning the Handling of Crimes Based on Restorative Justice Justice provides justice to all parties, that is what we are pursuing," said Irwandy at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday, October 18.
Irwandy was reluctant to explain in more detail about the conditions for the two couples until the case was finally terminated. He only said that Lesti and Rizky had met the formal and material requirements.
"It has been arranged, we have fulfilled all the formal and material requirements, so that we declare it finished and fulfilled," he concluded.

As previously reported, Rizky Billar underwent a mandatory reporting process after being declared free by the South Jakarta Police. He is required to report starting Monday regarding cases of domestic violence.
Billar was seen visiting the South Jakarta Police, but he seemed more secretive than usual. He chose to run and finish his business at the Polres.
When asked if he was at home with Lesti Kejora, he confirmed the statement.
