The Trial Starts, Ferdy Sambo Declares Himself Healthy
JAKARTA - Former Head of the National Police's Profession and Security (Propam) Division, Ferdy Sambo, stated that he was in good health. He is ready to face the inaugural trial of the premeditated murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.
Ferdy Sambo's health was stated when the chairman of the panel of judges, Wahyu Iman Santosa, opened the trial.
Then, he started asking questions of the accused. However, it is still limited to identity and health.
"The defendant is in good health?" asked the chairman of the panel of judges, Wahyu Iman Santosa in the courtroom, Monday, October 17.
"Good health, Your Honor," replied Sambo.

Then, Judge Wahyu began to examine Ferdy Sambo's identity data, the period of detention, and the documents of his attorney.
"Did you start being detained on August 12?" asked Wahyu.
"That's right, Your Honor," answered Ferdy Sambo.
For information, in the case of premeditated murder, Ferdy Sambo is not the only suspect.
They include Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Kuat Ma'ruf, and Putri Candrawati.
In this case, they are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
