"Yes, the file belonging to suspect IW has been transferred to the prosecutor for investigation", said Commissioner Artanto, Friday, October 14, as reported by Antara.
With this delegation, investigators are now waiting for the results of the prosecutor's investigation. If there are additional instructions, Artanto ensures that investigators will follow up on the matter by completing the file.
"If on the contrary, the file is declared complete, of course, the investigators will follow up by delegating the suspect and evidence to the public prosecutor", he said again.
