Doesn't Want to Miss Out, Ford Will Launch Virtual Car and EV
JAKARTA – The giant car manufacturer from the United States, Ford, will recently launch its virtual car. This is a form of interest in the car manufacturer based in Michigan, USA, to the metaverse and NFT. Previously, the company had shown interest in producing electric vehicles (EVs).
Ford Motor Company has filed for 19 trademarks across its major car brands. This submission is intended as a preparation for the company to dive into the metaverse and NFT. The information was provided by US Patent and Commerce Office (USPTO) licensed attorney, Mike Kondoudis. He revealed in his Twitter post that a total of 19 trademark applications were filed.
Based on USPTO documents filed by the company, Ford intends to offer downloadable artwork, text, music and videos featuring cars, SUVs, trucks and vans, which will be authenticated in NFT.
