167,341 Balinese Get Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for Fuel Oil
DENPASAR - A total of 167,341 Balinese residents will receive Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) due to the increase in subsidized fuel prices.
"We have temporary data from the Post office as many as 167,341 people", said Head of the Division for Empowerment and Handling of the Poor, Bali Social Service, Ida Ayu Ketut Anggreni, Tuesday, September 6.
Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for Fuel Oil (BBM) totaling IDR 600 thousand per person will be distributed in two stages. In September, the BLT will be disbursed for IDR 300 thousand, the rest will be disbursed in December.
"This is an allocation for four months from September to December. Per month it is IDR 150 thousand. So per person, the allocation is IDR 600 thousand", she said.
Residents who received BLT BBM, continued Anggraeni, had been recorded in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) sourced from the village through the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) application.

Meanwhile, the distribution is waiting for PT Pos, the party that the Ministry of Social Affairs is partnering with as a distributor.
"If it is the Ministry of Social Affairs that determines the (target), we are given a quota, it is from the Ministry of Social Affairs which has the authority", said Anggraeni.
