Case Of Persecution Of Daarul El-Qolam 1 Jayanti Islamic Boarding School Students Which Ended In Death, Will Soon Be Tried

TANGERANG - The Tangerang District Attorney's Office received a dossier from the Tangerang Police Investigator regarding the murder case committed by one of the students at the Daarul El-Qolam Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), Jayanti, Tangerang Regency.

"Today is stage two and it has been handed over to the court," said Head of the Tangerang District Attorney's Intelligence Section, Ate Quesyini Ilyas when confirmed, Thursday, August 25.

Ate said that the submission of case files and evidence was to speed up the trial process at the Tangerang District Court. According to him, the process for a case committed by a child must be accelerated.

"Because this is related to children, it must be fast," he concluded.

Previously, it was reported that the act of persecution was carried out by one of the students at the Daarul Qolam 1 Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), Jayanti, Tangerang Regency. The victim, DS (15) suffered a head injury due to the impact. The persecution took place on Sunday, August 7th.

Shortly after the case was reported, the police secured RE (15). After undergoing examination and investigation, RE was named a suspect in the abuse case.
