Bank Mandiri: The Smoke Has Been Controlled, Operations Are Running Normal
JAKARTA - Bank Mandiri has confirmed that the smoke that occurred on Floor 1, Plaza Mandiri, Central Jakarta has been controlled. Bank Mandiri Corporate Secretary Rudi Asaturridha also added that the incident did not interfere with operations and currently conditions are running normally.
"We ensure that the smoke caused by the short circuit can be controlled quickly thanks to the building's functioning hydrant system and the fast-moving fire team from the South Jakarta Fire Service," said Rudi in his official statement, Thursday, August 11.
Rudi added that the puff of smoke was caused by an electrical short circuit and was immediately resolved.

Furthermore, Bank Mandiri said it has also coordinated with all parties involved, so that the handling of the incident can be controlled safely.
