BMKG Predicts Rain In Jakarta From Afternoon To Night

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that a number of areas in DKI Jakarta will experience rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds on Thursday, August 4 in the afternoon until evening.

"Be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in East Jakarta and South Jakarta in the afternoon and evening," the BMKG wrote on its official website, Thursday, August 4.

BMKG said the weather in Jakarta throughout Thursday from morning to night has the potential to be cloudy and rainy with light intensity. BMKG data on Thursday, August 4, said that in the morning the weather in West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands is predicted to be cloudy.

For South Jakarta and East Jakarta, the weather on Thursday morning is expected to be cloudy. Then, entering the afternoon, West Jakarta is expected to be cloudy and sunny in Central Jakarta. Meanwhile, BMKG predicts that South Jakarta and East Jakarta will be cloudy.

Then, North Jakarta and the Thousand Islands are predicted to be cloudy.

Entering the evening, West Jakarta is predicted to be cloudy and Central Jakarta will experience light rain. Then, the areas of South Jakarta and East Jakarta as well as North Jakarta also experienced light rain. While in Thousand Islands the weather is cloudy.

Then in the early hours of Friday, August 5, based on the Antara report, BMKG estimated that the entire administrative area of ​​DKI Jakarta would be cloudy.

Meanwhile, the air temperature is estimated to be around 23-28 degrees Celsius. West Jakarta will be in the range of 23-28 degrees, Central Jakarta 24-27 degrees.

Next, South Jakarta and East Jakarta are estimated to be around 23-28 degrees. The North Jakarta administration area is predicted to have a temperature in the range of 24-27, then the Thousand Islands in the range of 25-27 degrees.

For humidity, the BMKG estimates that the humidity in the DKI Jakarta area will be in the 80-100 percent range.
