Six Months Successfully Raising Pre-Sales Of IDR 995 Billion, Puradelta Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Optimistic To Reach Target Of IDR 1.8 Trillion
JAKARTA - The developer of the modern integrated area of Kota Deltamas, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), achieved pre-sales or marketing sales of IDR 995 billion in six months this year. This achievement is equivalent to 55.3 percent of the marketing sales target in 2022 of IDR 1.8 trillion.
The Company's marketing sales achievements in the first half of 2022 mainly came from sales of industrial land, in addition to sales of commercial and residential products. "In the first half of 2022, the company sold 29.1 hectares of its industrial land," said Puradelta Director Tondy Suwanto, in a statement, Monday, July 11.
Tondy detailed that the data center sector is still the main contributor to the company's industrial land sales. Along with the development of lifestyle and digital technology in Indonesia, there is an increasing demand for industrial land in the GIIC Kota Deltamas industrial area from the data center industry.
Responding to this trend, the company which is part of the Sinarmas Group owned by conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja is also trying to innovate to develop the GIIC industrial area of Kota Deltamas into a modern green industrial area that is environmentally friendly and high-tech. One of them is through the development of a special industrial zone.
"The company is currently developing a special industrial zone in the GIIC industrial area of Kota Deltamas, which is equipped with high-tech facilities and infrastructure, dedicated to the data center industry and similar industries," said Tondy.

Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto explained that the company is optimistic to achieve the marketing sales target in 2022 of IDR 1.8 trillion, taking into account the achievements in the first half of 2022 and the demand for industrial land which is quite high.
Tondy added that currently there is a demand for around 70 hectares of industrial land. "The demand comes from various industrial sectors, including data centers, the automotive industry, the food industry, and the household equipment industry," he said.
Apart from the development of industrial areas, various social facilities continue to emerge in the residential and commercial areas of Kota Deltamas, which increasingly makes Kota Deltamas a one-stopliving city that is comfortable for residents and workers alike. A new health facility, namely Mitra Keluarga Hospital, has been operating in Kota Deltamas since early July.
A well-known shopping center is also being built in Kota Deltamas. The company also continues to develop residential clusters in Kota Deltamas. With the concept of an integrated modern urban area, Kota Deltamas continues to be built to become a center of activity in eastern Jakarta that provides added value for all stakeholders.
