Bringing Eril's Body Home, Ridwan Kamil Invites Residents To Held Takziah At The Pakuan Building, Bandung
JAKARTA - West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil invited the general public to pay tribute to the body of his son Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz or Eril.
Ridwan Kamil provides 10 hours of worship time, starting from Sunday, June 12 evening, until Monday, June 13 morning, at his official residence at the Pakuan Building, Bandung, West Java.
"If you want to pay tribute, you are welcome if you like between 22.00 Sunday night to 08.00 Monday morning at the Pakuan Building," said Ridwan Kamil on his Instagram account @ridwankamil, Sunday, June 12.
Currently, Ridwan Kamil is returning to the country with Eril's body. He estimates that the plane carrying his eldest son will arrive at around 16.00 western Indonesia time, at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang, and continue the journey to the funeral home.
"Pray, God willing, all the affairs of this trip home will be smooth. Amen," he said.
Eril, who was found dead in the Aare area, Bern, Switzerland, on Thursday, June 8, was flown to Indonesia after going through the process of taking Islamic baths. The bathing was carried out in Switzerland which was witnessed by Ridwan Kamil.

Eril's body was carried by Qatar Airways with flight number QTR956. The plane departed from the country from the city of Zurich, Switzerland on Saturday. After that, transit in Doha, Qatar, and then continue the journey to Indonesia.
Upon arrival in Indonesia, Eril's body is scheduled to be immediately taken to Bandung for burial at the official residence of the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil at the Pakuan Building on Sunday, June 12 evening.
Then the next day, Monday, June 13 at 09.00 western Indonesia time, it is planned that Eril will be buried in a family-owned cemetery in Cimaung, Bandung Regency.
