COVID-19 Update As Of March 30: 3.840 New Cases, Recovered Cases Increase By 7.876
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 134.360 specimens were examined with the results of 3.840 new positive cases of COVID-19.
"The total accumulated positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 6.009.486 people and active cases have fallen by 4.154 to 111.555 cases," said Ministry of Health data, Wednesday, March 30.
Today's recovered cases increased by 7.876 cases, bringing the total to 5.742.931 recovered people. Then, positive confirmation that 118 died and a total of 155.000 people.
The province with the highest number of new cases was in DKI Jakarta with 901 cases and a total of 1.237.007 cases. Followed by West Java with 826 new cases with a total of 1.098.099 cases. Central Java has 446 new cases and a total of 623.400 cases. Then, Banten with 299 new cases and a total of 288.941 cases.
The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to West Java with an additional 1.342 recovered cases. Followed by Riau Islands with an additional 955 recovered cases, DKI Jakarta with an additional 825 recovered cases, and Central Java with an additional 768 recovered cases.
In addition, the number of specimens that have been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigens reached 91.827.562.
"Positive results per number of people examined or the positivity rate of people this week is 5.51 percent," he wrote.
