Series Of Facts From Dea OnlyFans, Becomes A Suspect And The Accusation Of Deddy Corbuzier As A Police Informant

JAKARTA - Content creator Dea alias Gusti Ayu Dewanti was arrested for her actions in frequently uploading pornographic videos and photos to the OnlyFans platform.

Behind the process of handling the case, several facts emerged. For example, the determination of the suspect to accusations against Deddy Corbuzier, who is a police informant.

Become a suspect

The police seem to be moving fast in this case, it only took two days to upgrade Dea's status as a suspect.

This woman was arrested at a boarding house in Malang, East Java, on March 24.

After being arrested, Dea was immediately taken to the Metro Jaya Police. A series of checks were also carried out by the police.

Exactly on March 26, the police announced Dea's status. She is now a suspect.

"We have determined the person concerned as a suspect," said the Director of the Special Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Grand Commissioner Auliansyah Lubis.

The determination of the suspect is of course based on the results of the case title. Investigators believe that Dea committed acts of distributing or creating content that violates decency or pornography.

Thus, Dea also violated Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with 45 paragraph (1) of Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions.

The investigator's belief was strengthened by the evidence that had been confiscated. For example, some pornographic content uploaded by Dea to the Only Fans platform.

"The content obtained by Dea distributed by herself is related to vulgar videos and photos," said Auliansyah.

Not Detained

Despite being a suspect, Dea does not need to undergo a temporary detention period. Because the investigators granted the request for a suspension of detention from the family.

"No (detention, ed)," said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Grand Commissioner E. Zulpan.

The suspension of detention was granted because investigators thought that Dea would not destroy evidence until she ran away. That reason is in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP).

"She (Dea, ed) is still a student and wants to finish college," said Zulpan.

However, the woman whose real name is Gusti Ayu Dewanti must undergo mandatory reporting. However, there is no further detail regarding the mandatory reporting mechanism.

"It is mandatory for the person concerned to make a report," said Zulpan.

Deddy Corbuzier Is Police Informant

Dea's arrest raises another issue. Deddy Corbuzier is considered a snitch or a police informant.

This issue arose because the police arrested Dea only two weeks after Deddy Corbuzier broadcast the Podcast content entitled 'Akue Boegil Bebas di OnlyFans! Wow, Kok Aman'.

“So yesterday someone was just arrested because of a pornography case. Incidentally, that person is new from my Podcast. So, after that, netizens thought that this podcast was cheesy," said Deddy.

Deddy also denied the allegations. He stated the arrest which was not long after the broadcast of his content was just a coincidence.

“(Netizens think) DC Deddy is stupid, no! It's a coincidence, there's no snitch, no. Because the police arrest people not merely by information, there is no such thing," he said.

Deddy said that people should not think that after being a guest on his podcast, prison awaits.

“The police arrested people on the basis of public reports. It just so happens that I am part of the community,” said Deddy Corbuzier.
