South Jakarta Religious Court Confirms Nurhayati Effendi Is Being Sued For Divorce Minister Of PPN Suharso Monoarfa

JAKARTA – The presence of Nurhayati Effendi to the Religious Court (PA) South Jakarta regarding the divorce lawsuit filed by Suharso Monoarfa, as Minister of National Development Planning (PPN)/ Head of Bappenas.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah, said that the agenda for today's session, Wednesday, March 23, is mediation.

"A follow-up trial for case 568/ptg/2022/PJS filed by Suharoso Monoarfa against Nurhayati bint Usman Effendi", said Taslimah at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, March 23.

Taslimah said the case was registered with the South Jakarta Religious Court on January 31, 2022.

“Today's agenda is further mediation because the previous mediation has not reached an agreement. The next agenda is to hear the answer from the respondent electronically or through E-litigation”, Taslima said.

Taslimah also said that the inaugural trial was held on February 29, 2022, at which time the applicant/lawyer Suharso was present while the respondent (Nurhayati) was not present.

"The second agenda is February 23, 2022, to summon the respondent and the applicant from his attorney ordered to attend mediation. And today, earlier (March 23), the mediation agenda continued. The mediation that has been carried out has not yet conveyed an agreement.
