Four Bodies Of One Family Sticking Together Due To Elctrocution Of A Water Heating Machine In Pulomas Elite Housing
JAKARTA - After identifying at the crime scene (TKP) a family was killed by electrocution from a water heater in the elite Pulomas housing estate, East Jakarta, the Pulogadung Police Criminal Investigation Unit explained the chronology of the incident.
The Head of Pulogadung Police, Commissioner of Police David, explained that that night, Sunday, March 20, NB (29) bathed her daughter with the initials EA (1) in the bathtub. Unexpectedly, the electricity suddenly shorted so that the flow of electricity propagated through the water.
"The initial assumption was that the shower heater had a short circuit. The heater was attached. It was hit by the mother and baby, eventually screaming for help. The baby sitter came to the mother's scream, and was hit too," said Commissioner David when contacted by VOI, Monday, March 21.
Then BG (37), the husband who was eating rushed to the source of the sound.
"BG was also hit. Then another assistant went to the source of the sound and found (four) of the victim was lying on the ground," he said.
When found the condition of four bodies had piled up.

The police chief continued, the house owners are actually the parents, BG and NB. The husband and wife couple, BG and NB, had only been at the scene for two months.
"This house is about to be renovated, it's only been two months. BG and NB have just settled in their parents' house," explained David.
Previously, it was reported that a tragic event was experienced by a family consisting of husband, wife, and children with the initials BG (37), NB (29), and EA (1) on Sunday, March 20, evening.
They died after it was strongly suspected that they were electrocuted from a water heater in a bathroom in their house, which is located at Pulomas Barat Street 12, No. 4, RT 003/10, Kayu Putih Village, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta.
Apart from that one family, a babysitter with the initials SM (51) also died along with the other family. As a result of this incident, a total of 4 people died.
At the time of the incident, residents around the Pulomas elite housing estate witnessed the tragic event that befell a family when a water heater was electrocuted by an electric short circuit.
