Soekarno Hatta Airport Police Securs 15 Drug Dealers In The Last Three Months
TANGERANG - Soekarno Hatta Airport Police arrested 15 people related to drug abuse in the last three months.
"Of the 15 suspects, 10 have entered stage 2. While the other 5 suspects are still in the investigation stage", said Soekarno Hatta Airport Police Chief, Commissioner Sigit, at Soekarno Hatta Airport Police Station, Friday, February 18.
Sigit said that in disclosing the case, his party cooperated with Customs and Excise, as well as all stakeholders at Soekarno Hatta Airport.
"A total of 14,878 grams of crystal methamphetamine and 27 happy five pills were obtained from the results of the disclosures for the last 3 months", he said.
He also said that for the five cases, the mode was using the passenger route and the cargo route. They do camouflage by hiding in the things they carry.

Sigit confirmed that the five cases with 15 suspects were Indonesian citizens (WNI) and were related to narcotics networks in Malaysia.
"All of them are Indonesian citizens, so far the network from Malaysia has entered from Riau and then flown to Soekarno Hatta", he said.
All narcotic evidence that was secured by officers was put into an incinerator car, all narcotic evidence was destroyed by burning which was witnessed by the Tangerang City Prosecutor's Office.
