JAKARTA - Persija goalkeeper coach, Ahmad Fauzi conveyed good news ahead of the match against Persebaya, Monday, February 14 evening WIB. The news was related to the condition of Persija's head coach, Sudirman, who was being treated intensively because he was positive for COVID-19.
According to Ahmad Fauzi, Sudirman's condition has now improved and he can communicate normally. Previously Sudirman did receive treatment at a hospital in Bali due to exposure to COVID-19 which had worsened due to a congenital disease he suffered.
"Alhamdulillah, the condition of coach General (as Sudirman) is improving and can communicate", said Ahmad Fauzi during a virtual press conference, quoted from Persija's official website.
Furthermore, Ahmad Fauzi also said that with better conditions and improved communication skills Sudirman was able to give instructions to Macan Kemayoran squad.
Moreover, Persija is already scheduled to face the 25th week against Persebaya at the I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Bali at 20.45 WIB later. Seeing this, all elements of the team are ready to give their best and try to beat their opponents.
