Since Being Led By Eva Dwiana, The Bandarlampung City Government No Longer Accepts Honorary Staff
BANDARLAMPUNG - Since the leadership of Bandarlampung Mayor, Eva Dwiana, the City Government has no longer accepted honorary staff.
"We are no longer recruiting honorary workers since the Mayor of Bandar Lampung has just taken the lead", said the Head of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Bandar Lampung City, Herliwaty, in Bandarlampung, Antara on Tuesday, January 25.
She mentioned that currently there is more than 3,000 honorary staff in Bandarlampung City spread across several regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
"Most of the contract workers are in the Civil Service Police are 800 people, then the others are spread out at the Transportation Service, Environment Service, Trade Service. A total of 3,000 more", she said.

"Essentially we are following the instructions of the Central Government, but we are also bidding because we still need contract workers", she said.
According to her, no more honorary appointments in 2023 will be a separate obstacle for local governments, because, as is well known, Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) formations no longer exist for groups I and II.
"This is a problem as well, because the CPNS formations are all group III on average, while certain work units still need groups I and II. So we are still waiting for the solution from the Central Government as to what it will be", she said.
