Mayor Of Bandung, Supports Herry Wirawan Who Rape Of Dozens Of Santriwati Demanded The Death Penalty

BANDUNG - The Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, supports the defendant in the immoral case against 13 female students, namely Herry Wirawan, to be given the death penalty by the prosecutor's demands.

He also admitted that he agreed with the demands made by the West Java High Court to the panel of judges. Because according to him Herry's action was an extraordinary crime.

"So it's natural that the demand includes a death demand. And yes, hopefully, there will be a deterrent effect", Yana said in Bandung, West Java, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, January 12.

According to Yana, the crimes committed by Herry were out of bounds. The reason is that when parents hope their children get the best education, the students actually experience something very undesirable.

"We can imagine what HW (Herry Wirawan) did, we entrusted the child to the person concerned, suddenly he was treated badly, you can imagine the feelings of the victim's parents", he said.

Previously, the West Java High Prosecutor's Office demanded that Herry Wirawan be sentenced to death for his actions in raping 13 female students.

In addition to the death penalty, Herry is also required to be given chemical castration and punishment to pay a fine and pay restitution for the victim.

The prosecutor also demanded that all of Herry's assets and assets be confiscated and auctioned off to finance the needs of the victims and their babies.
