This activity will carry the theme One Unified Build an Anti-Corruption Culture. In practice, the event will not only be held in Jakarta but the series will also be held in Kendari, Banjarmasin, Pekanbaru, and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
The annual routine activities will be carried out in a hybrid or offline and online manner. The invitees who were present directly at the KPK's Red and White Building would later have to implement strict health protocols because the COVID-19 pandemic was still happening.
For information, at the 2019 Hakordia commemoration, Jokowi was absent and was replaced by Vice President Ma'ruf Amin to open this activity.
At that time, Jokowi preferred to attend the anti-corruption day commemoration at a high school in Jakarta where the program was filled with drama performances with ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet as actors.
Meanwhile, at Hakordia 2020, President Jokowi only delivered remarks online. The reason is that the spread of COVID-19 is massive in the country.
