COVID-19 Update As Of November 25: 372 New Cases From Examination Of 285,422 Specimens
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 285,422 specimens were examined with the result that there were 372 new positive cases of COVID-19.
"The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 4,254,815 and active cases are 8,040", according to data from the Ministry of Health, Thursday, November 25.
Today's recovered cases increased by 293 cases, bringing the total to 4,102,993 people recovered. Then, the positive confirmed cases who died increased by 16 people and a total of 143,782 people.
The province with the newest cases was in DI Yogyakarta with 79 cases and a total of 156,606 cases. Followed by DKI Jakarta with 54 new cases with a total of 863,687 cases. Central Java with 45 new cases and a total of 486,206 cases. Then, West Java with 44 new cases and a total of 707,532 cases.
The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to Central Java with an additional 62 recovered cases. Followed by West Java with an increase of 54 recovered cases, DKI Jakarta with an additional 49 recovered cases, and DI Yogyakarta with an additional 20 recovered cases.

There are seven provinces that reported no new cases today, namely Jambi, South Sumatra, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku and North Maluku. In addition, the number of specimens that have been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigens reached 53,105,367.
"Positive results per number of people examined or the positivity rate of people this week is 0.20 percent", he wrote.
The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or who are currently categorized as suspected cases was recorded at 6,070 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.
To date, 136,713,147 people have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 92,274,561 people have received the second dose of vaccination.
While the third dose of vaccination was 1,218,303. Meanwhile, the target for vaccination in Indonesia is 208,265,720 people.
