Cattle Thief With Truck In Jembrana Arrested, Perpetrators Of Spree From Sales

JEMBRANA - The Jembrana Police Team, Bali, arrested the perpetrators of cow theft. The two perpetrators with the initials KR and AL stole cows from two locations.

The two perpetrators stole cows in the rice fields of Yehsumbul Village, Mendoyo District, on Friday, November 12, and in the fields of Manistutu Village, Malaya District, Jembrana on Monday, October 4.

"The perpetrator took the victim's cow with a target in the middle of a rice field or field and then transported it by a truck", said Jembrana Police Chief AKBP I Dewa Gde Juliana, Wednesday, November 17.

The perpetrator was arrested starting from a community report about a truck on a rice field road in Yehsumbul Village. At that time, a cut rope and marks from a cow's foot were found on the truck were also found. This information is reported to the police.

The police who investigated this case immediately identified the perpetrators of KR and AL. Both are recidivist cases of theft.

In his confession, the perpetrator admitted that he wanted to steal two cows belonging to Masrin. But when it was loaded onto the truck, the cow slipped.

"When they wanted to find a place to be re-raised, but the truck tire slipped, the cow owner immediately saw it and then reported it to the Mendoyo Police", added AKBP Juliana.

In addition, the perpetrator admitted that he had stolen 3 cows on October 4 in Manistutu Village, Malaya District. The cows were sold for Rp. 13 million.

Sales proceeds are divided equally, including being used for fun.

"We have secured all the evidence, related to this case, the perpetrator is suspected of Article 363 paragraph (1) to 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code, which is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of 7 years", said AKBP Juliana.
