The Silver Avanza Deadly Driver Who Killed One Family In Lebak, Becomes A Suspect

LEBAK- After going through the investigation process, the Lebak Police of the Banten Police named the driver of the Avanza car that killed 3 Cileles residents of Lebak Regency (one family) as suspects.

The Head of Traffic for the Lebak Police, the Banten Police, Commissioner Adjutant Kresna Ajie Perkasa, said that after processing the crime scene (TKP) and examining witnesses to the traffic accident, investigators named the deadly Avanza driver with the initials SA as a suspect.

"Investigators have been carrying out cases since the accident, investigators have also confiscated evidence of vehicles involved in the accident," said Kresna Ajie Perkasa to VOI, Monday, November 8, morning.

Furthermore, Kresna Ajie Perkasa explained that from the results of the case title, clear legal facts were obtained to increase SA's status as a suspect.

Negligence resulted in the victim's death, SA is subject to Article 310 paragraph (4) and paragraph (2) of Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning LLAJ, every person who drives a motor vehicle which due to negligence causes a traffic accident resulting in the death of another person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 6 years and or a fine of a maximum of Rp12 million.

"After being determined as a suspect, SA was carried out a health check and an Antigen Swab with Non Reactive results and was detained," concluded Kresna Ajie Perkasa.
