JAKARTA - Tanjung Berlian People's Port Pier in Kundur, Riau Islands Province which sank due to being hit by high waves accompanied by strong winds. PT Timah Tbk evacuated by deploying a unit of an expansion ship.

He said that currently the Tanjung Berlian People's Port Pier had been successfully evacuated and lifted for repairs, so that coastal residents could return to using the dock to make their ships aware.

"Hopefully this dock will be operated again soon to improve the community's economy," he said.

He admitted that the damage to the dock disrupted people's activities. "If you only rely on inadequate equipment, it will take a long time and days, and of course, community activities will also be very disturbed," he said.
