Denying Allegations By The Government, SpaceX Launches Retaliatory Claims

SpaceX has responded to demands from the Department of Justice regarding the recruitment issues carried out by its company by giving retaliatory demands.

Quoted fromSpacenews,SpaceX filed a lawsuit on September 15 against several Justice Department officials, including Attorney General Total Garland. SpaceX argues that the case in question is unconstitutional.

SpaceX wants to cancel the case filed by the Justice Department on August 24. SpaceX is accused of discriminating asylum seekers and refugees in recruiting workers.

SpaceX denies the government's accusations and has a lot of fact and legal defenses. But whether SpaceX violates any leasing regulations or not, OCAHO procedures are unconstitutional under binding law," SpaceX said in its reply lawsuit.

In addition to denying the allegations made, SpaceX claims that it continues to emphasize the need to strictly comply with export control regulations. In fact, every employee has access to technology and data that is controlled by law.

"Throughout the recruitment and rental process and across its facilities across the country, SpaceX follows strict policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all export control laws and regulations and also prevents illegal discrimination," the company said, still in its lawsuit.

SpaceX filed a lawsuit in Texas's Southern District, not in California where its company headquarters was founded.
