JAKARTA - As his commitment to supporting the Indonesian esports industry, Acer officially opened the 2024 Predator League esport tournament on Tuesday, September 5.

Through the implementation of this international esport tournament, Acer also provides space for national esport athletes to compete in the international arena.

So that later, Acer will look for esport athletes from all over the Asia Pacific region, to participate in the implementation of the 2024 Grand Final Acer Asia Pacific Predator League, which will take place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines from 13-14 January 2024.

Held with two matches, namely Dota 2 and variants, esports athletes competing in the tournament will compete for Predator Shield and have the opportunity to win a prize pool worth 400 thousand US dollars or around Rp. 6.1 billion.

Held since 2018, APAC Predator League has become an esport competition to develop the best potential of a number of professional esport athletes and those who have just entered the world of esports.

Acer's regular Predator League event has proven that the company provides esport athletes with the opportunity to develop their careers. This was also done by Acer to promote the esport industry.

"We welcome the implementation of the 2024 Predator League summit which will be held again in Manila, Philippines as one of the largest esports fan bases in the world and also the most dynamic," the Hou added.
