Zoom Uses AI Technology, This Is A Feature That Can Help Users Increase Sales

JAKARTA - Zoom Video Communications, Inc. sees the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology or artificial intelligence which is quite fast today. Zoom stated that it is also involved and uses AI technology on its platform.

Chief Product Officer at Zoom, Smita Hashim said AI technology is booming and can have a positive influence on customer and employee happiness.

"Zoom also helps build AI genratives, so users can become more productive and can build stronger relationships with their co-workers, and provide better customer experience quality," he said in a recent virtual seminar.

One of Zoom's services that uses AI technology is Zoom IQ. In its blog, as many as 88 percent of sales directors (CSOs) have invested or are considering investing in AI analytic tools and technologies.

Amazingly, team leaders and admins can use the conversation intelligence solution to view data and insight exclusively for meetings or phone conversations, or either meetings and telephone conversations to help improve their sales strategy.

Zoom has also created a native integration so that Microsoft Dynamics 365 admins can integrate Zoom IQ for sales into their accounts. Zoom IQ data for Sales will be synchronized with transaction progress data, and provide improved analytics.
