Premier League Results: Liverpool Gilas Aston Villa Three Goals Without Reply

JAKARTA Liverpool made a brilliant performance by looking at Aston Villa 3-0, in Week 4 of the Premier League match at Anfield Stadium, Sunday, September 3, 2023. Dominik Szoboszlai scored three goals in the 3rd minute, own goals in cash (22'), and Mohamed Salah (55').

Liverpool's quick goal started from Trent Alexander-Arnold's corner which bounced deep into the middle of the field. Szoboszlai who waited outside the penalty box looked at him with a shot aimed at the left corner of Villa's goal.

Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez could only be stunned. The Argentine national team goalkeeper did not move at all, and only went away to see Szoboszlai's shot tore his gawa. Score 1-0 to the hosts.

Liverpool's advantage increased when Cash committed suicide. It started with Salah's attack that offered a pass to Darwin Nunez. The Uruguayan striker fired a hard shot that hit Villa's left crossbar. The ball bounced off and hit Cash, which then struck the net itself.

Liverpool's third goal scored by Mohamed Salah also started with a corner kick. Andrew Robertson's shot was met by Nunez's header. The heading was not towards goal, but towards Salah who was standing free at the right of Villa's goal. One small flick of the Egyptian striker made Emiliano Martinez's goal torn off again.

The position did not change until referee Simon Badminton blew the long whistle signaling the game was over. Liverpool are 3-0 up against their guest, Aston Villa.
