JAKARTA - PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is again holding the 2023 National Honda Service Contest, in an effort to strengthen and increase consumer satisfaction with the quality of Honda network services throughout Indonesia.

A total of 5,874 participants from all over Indonesia consisting of 829 Diler Network Leaders, 3,450 Frontline People, 839 Deliveryman, and 756 Customer Retention Officers were actively involved in this competition which was held at 29 Main Dealer Honda throughout the country.

"Consumer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we continue to collaborate with all the spearheads of Honda motorcycle services in an effort to improve service standards according to increasingly diverse consumer needs," said General Manager of Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) Division AHM Antok Yuniarso, in an official statement received by VOI, Friday, November 10.

The participants participated in the selection and calibration process starting at the regional level, they had their abilities and competence tested before finally 203 participants qualified for the final round of the national assessment.

In a series of national level judgings, various professional experts in their fields and consumer representatives are involved in providing a comprehensive assessment. In this series of activities, the participants not only competed, but they also received briefings that could inspire and increase the insight they have in providing the best service to consumers.

"We hope that the participants of this service contest can also inspire all the frontlines of Honda services throughout Indonesia," said Antok.

For the winning series, Novianti Hasima, Front Line People (FLP) from AstraMotor South Sumatra won the FLP Wing/Big Wing Dealer category, while Neni Susanti FLP from PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara, Aceh won the best title in the Regular Dealer FLP category.

Meanwhile, the category of Regular Honda Network Leadership was won by Nurush Shobahiyah from the West Nusa Tenggara Astra Motor dealer, while for the Wing/Big Wing category, Budi Sentosa Widjaya won the title from PT Daya Adicipta Motora. In the category of Deliveryman Regular Dealer, Susanto from Astra Motor Yogyakarta won the title, while Nurul Sabri from PT Indako Trading Company won the Wing/Big Wing Dealer category.

Furthermore, Anggarda Pasta from PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara, Aceh won the best Customer Retention Officer title.
