Having A Sophisticated Feature At Affordable Prices, Wuling Alvez Wins This Award In Indonesia

JAKARTA - Since showing its existence in Indonesia, Wuling Motors has managed to steal the attention of the country by presenting vehicles that have the latest technology and features that can support the mobility needs of the Indonesian people. One of them is by presenting the Alvez SUV.

Making his debut in the Indonesian market in February 2023, the SUV immediately received good responses from various circles. This was followed by several positive achievements produced by this vehicle, one of which was by winning an award at the Carvaganza Editors Choice Award 2023.

Wuling Alvez won the prestigious award in the Best Value Car Award category. The model is assessed by the judges consisting of journalists and automotive editors in Indonesia by conducting the testing process from August 2022 to August 2023.

"This achievement is certainly a motivation for us to continue to innovate in presenting appropriate products and being able to answer the needs of modern consumer mobility in Indonesia," said Brian Gomgom, as Public Relations Manager of Wuling Motors, in a statement received by VOI, Sunday, October 15.

This award ceremony consists of 150 new models that are included in the nominations which are then selected by 15 of the best cars from each category.

Wuling Alvez puts a stylish feel on the exterior side. This nuance arises thanks to the application of dual-tone color dynamics, DRL LEDs and added LEDs on the main lights, and back-light LEDs, brave large grips, and 16-inch rims.

Users are also spoiled with a modern aura in Wuling Alvez which is felt through the electric sunset and the use of classy materials in the interior which makes every trip more comfortable.

Compact SUVs apply smart innovations to support a more confident and modern driving experience. The first innovation is the Wuling Indonesian Command (WIND) which allows users to operate various driving features through advanced Indonesian voice commands.

Furthermore, there is also the Wuling Remote Control App innovation that connects users with their cars via the internet.

Another innovation at Wuling Alvez is the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) which is an active safety feature that makes travel safer. There are three categories of ADAS features in this SUV, namely Adaptive Cruise, Lane Recognition, and Safe Distance & Braking Assistance.

Carrying a 1.5 liter 4-cylinder DOHC gasoline engine, Wuling Alvez is capable of generating up to 105 dk of power and 143 Nm of torque with a transmission of six manual accelerations. The heart has met the Euro 4 emission standard.

Competing in the compact SUV segment, Alvez is available in three variants: SE, CE, and EX. In Indonesia, this car is priced from Rp209 million for the standard variant of up to Rp295 million for the most expensive type On The Road Jakarta.
