The Authority Of Penajam Honorary In The IKN Region Does Not Switch To The Authority

The honorary staff of the North Penajam Paser (PPU) Regency Government (Pemkab) who served in Sepaku District within the Nusantara State Capital (IKN) were not accommodated by the IKN Authority (OIKN).

IKN Authority Secretary Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya said the authority to honorary staff did not shift to the IKN Authority. "The rules for the appointment of honorary staff at the IKN Authority are based on applicable regulations," said Achmad in Penajam, East Kalimantan, Tuesday, November 16, which were confiscated by Antara. Apart from honorary staff, ASN, both Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K) who serve in the Sepaku District and enter the IKN Nusantara region are also not all under authority. Considerations are not all ASN in Sepaku District who enter the IKN region to become employees in the new state capital city are according to the needs of the area of origin, namely, North Penajam Paser Regency.

Achmad Jaka said the selection held by the IKN Authority, if carried out, was not aimed at testing the capabilities of ASN. "The selection is for the adjustment of the field of work and the amount of energy needed in the area of origin or at IKN Nusantara," he said. The distribution of employees, he continued, must remain effective in North Penajam Paser Regency as an area from IKN Nusantara, as well as in the capital city of Indonesia's new country. "ASN or civil servants who have signed contracts must be willing to be placed anywhere within the government environment," he said. So there are employees who must be in North Penajam Paser Regency and there are those who have moved to become employees at KN Nusantara, said Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya. The employees who are currently serving in Sepaku District are sub-district employees, village office employees, in schools, health centers and hospitals and other agencies.
