The Attorney General's Office Examines The Children And Wives Of BPK Member Achsanul Qosasi In The BTS Kominfo Case

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) examined six witnesses in the investigation of the alleged corruption and money laundering cases of the 4G BTS project and supporting infrastructure packages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 BAKTI Kominfo for the 2020-2022 period. Two of them are children and wives of members III of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), Achsanul Qosasi.

"(Investigating) the hospital as the wife of suspects AQ and ANZQ as the daughter of suspect AQ," said Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana in a statement, Monday, November 13.

However, the results of the two examinations were not detailed. Only the children and wife of Achsanul Qosasi were questioned today.

Not only the two witnesses, the investigators of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes also examined four other people.

They include FN as President Director of PT Media Telematika Jaya; BU as Operational Director of PT Bangkit Cipta Persada; LH as General Manager of PT Nexwave, and HNJ as Head of Finance and Human Resources of PT Pupuk Indonesia Niaga.

"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Sumedana.

Achsanul Qosasi became the 16th suspect in the mega corruption case of the 4G Bakti Kominfo BTS infrastructure development project which cost the state finances Rp8.32 trillion.

He received money from Windi Purnama and Sadikin. Meanwhile, the amount of money handed over is said to have reached Rp40 billion.

So, in this case, Achsanu Qosasi was charged with Article 12B, Article 12e or Article 5 paragraph (2) letter b in conjunction with Article 15 of the Anti-Corruption Law or Article 5 paragraph (1) of the Money Laundering Law.
