The police explained that during the process of arresting South Korean citizens (WN) KH (27) at the Metro Garden Ciledug Apartment, Karang Tengah, Tangerang, Polda Metro Jaya brought in the Gegana Team.

It is known that South Korean citizen KH allegedly pushed Tri Fattah Firdaus (23) from the 19th floor of the Metro Garden Apartment to death instantly, Friday morning, October 27.

Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Hariyadi said his party brought the Gegana Team to the Metro Garden Apartment because KH had locked himself up in the room.

To avoid things that had a bad impact on KH's arrest, the Gegana Team was brought to the crime scene (TKP) to open the door of the alleged perpetrator's room.

"We brought in a team of negotiators and then from Gegana, because we don't know anything other than the sharp weapon inside", Hengki told reporters at the scene, Friday, October 27.

Police equipment was deployed because the alleged perpetrator had also threatened the security of the Metro Garden Apartment with sharp weapons.

Previously, he had also threatened the security guard with a sharp weapon and then locked himself inside. continued Hengki.

When all the police equipment was brought in, the alleged perpetrator wanted to surrender.

"It turns out that with the negotiations, the person concerned wants to surrender accompanied by an embassy from Korea and is currently still undergoing examination at Polda Metro Jaya", he said.

Tri Fatah (23) died after falling from the 19th floor at the Metro Garden Ciledug Apartment, Tangerang, Friday, October 27, at around 03.00 WIB. It is suspected that the victim was thrown by a foreign national (WNA) from South Korea with the initials KH.

"Someone fell from the top 19 floor. Currently, it is being handled by the Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya," said Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho to reporters, Friday, October 27.

Zain said that the alleged perpetrator KH had been arrested. Now he has been taken to Polda Metro Jaya for further action.

"We have secured one person to the Polda Metro Jaya," he said.
