TARAKAN - Two recidivists in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan (Kaltara) arrested, tortured, and molested a girl who was still 4 years old. In fact, the two recidivists tortured the victim's genitals. Two recidivist, namely RM (31) and SK (41), were no longer able to move when they were arrested by the Tarakan Police Satreskrim PPA Unit. The two recidivists again had to deal with the law because they were named suspects in the sexual abuse case against a girl. The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tarakan Police, AKP Randhya, said that the case of sadistic sexual abuse was revealed after the victim's mother saw the victim was in the suspect's room while crying. The victim also complained to her mother that the victim's genitals were sick because they had been molested by the two suspects. "The complainant saw his child in the reported room. The child of this reporter is in pain in his genitals," said Randhya, Thursday, October 26.

According to him, to prevent the victim from screaming, the two suspects covered the victim's mouth with duct tape. At that time, the two suspects launched their act of molesting the victim. For his actions, the suspects RM and SK were charged with the Child Protection Law and the Sexual Violence Law with a penalty of 15 years in prison.
