Central Java Police Unload Subsidized Solar Misappropriation In Brebes, 10 Tons Of Fuel Confiscated

Central Java Police Investigators uncovered a criminal act of misuse of diesel fuel that occurred in the Brebes Regency area.

Director of the Special Criminal Investigation of the Central Java Police, Kombes Dwi Subagio, said the crime allegedly involved a private company.

From the investigation, he said, the police have named one suspect with the initials B who came from the private company.

He explained that the case, which is a report from Bareskrim Polri, used the mode of buying fuel at gas stations using a vehicle that had been modified with the tank or using jerry cans.

"The subsidized BBM was then accommodated in the company's warehouse," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, October 26.

The suspect himself bought the subsidized diesel fuel at at at least two gas stations.

According to him, the subsidized diesel is then sold again at a higher price

The subsidized diesel consumer is a fisherman in the coastal area of Brebes.

In investigating the case, the police secured 10 tons of subsidized diesel as evidence.

Dwi said investigators were still investigating the case to reveal the possible involvement of other parties.
