Ask For Sympathizers To Return To Orderly, Anies: Can Meet Supporters Of Other Greeting Couples With Smiles

JAKARTA - Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin has finished registering with the KPU as candidates for presidential and vice-presidential candidates.

The presidential candidate carried by the Change Coalition asked sympathizers and volunteers who participated in fulfilling the Jakarta KPU Office during this registration moment to return home in an orderly manner.

"I ask everyone to go home in an orderly manner," said Anies next to Cak Imin in front of the KPU Building area, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Thursday, October 19.

Anies also advised sympathizers and volunteers not to rub with supporters of other presidential candidates who will also run in the 2024 presidential election. For him, rivals in the contestation of the democratic party are both brothers throughout the country.

"When we meet other couples' supporters, greet them with a big smile, hold their hands. Tell them to all, we are brothers and sisters. We are friends. We want a better future together. We smile at each other. Don't feel together," said Anies.

The presidential candidate who was promoted by NasDem-PKS-PKB also conveyed that the message was forwarded to Anies-Cak Imin supporters or AMIN outside Jakarta.

"Greetings to residents and neighbors and in the village and in the complex, including those far from Jakarta. Tell everyone, 'You are present standing in front of the KPU office to make Indonesia's first changes'. Thank you," said Anies.

Anies and Cak Imin arrived at the KPU at around 09.30 WIB, Thursday 19 October. Both of them used a white Land Rover with the words "AMIN" on the hood of the car. The mass of sympathizers and volunteers had filled the KPU building when the Change Coalition pair arrived to register.
