Catut Jokowi's Name, Bareskrim Examines Three Witnesses In The Hashim Hoax Case

Bareskrim Polri, examined three reporting witnesses regarding reports of alleged spreading false information or hoaxes by the Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Party Board of Trustees, Hashim Djojohadikusumo.

The report was previously at the Kendari Police Station, Southeast Sulawesi. The younger brother of the prospective presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto was reported to the police because of his statement which was deemed to have taken the name of President Jokowi.

At that time, Hashim said that Golkar was in a coalition with Gerindra with Jokowi's blessing. Meanwhile, Jokowi denied Hashim's statement.

For this reason, three youths from Kendari reported the alleged hoax to the Kendari Police. The report received is now being handled by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters.

Chairman of the Jokowi Supporting Student Alliance, Adi Maliano, admitted that today he had just undergone his first examination. "The point is like this, the point is, we just want to know who actually lied, whether Mr. Jokowi or Mr. Hashim," Adi explained when interviewed at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Tuesday, October 17.

To note, this case was transferred to Bareskrim, because this happened in the Polda Metro Jaya area, at the Museum for the Formulation of the Proclamation of Jalan Imam Bonjol Number 1 RT 009/RW 004 Menteng, Jakarta on Sunday 13 August.

Previously, the Sulawesi Student Alliance Supporting Jokowi reported Hashim to the Kendari Police Headquarters in mid-August.

"We from the Southeast Sulawesi Student Alliance made a report to Hashim on his statement in one of the online media that said during the Golkar party's declaration to support Presidential Candidate Prabowo Subianto that with President Jokowi's permission," said Jokowi's Chair of the Supporting Student Alliance, Adi Maliano.
