Another HPL certificate for customary land was handed over by Hadi Tjahjanto on behalf of the Nagari Sungai Kamuyang Customary Meeting consisting of four tribes, namely the Petopang Tribe, Piliang Tribe, Mandailing Tribe and Chaniago Tribe.

With the use for Agricultural Land, with a total land area of 131.8 hectares. In addition, a Certificate of Rights for the Government of Nagari Tanjung Haro Sikabu-kabu covering an area of 1,713 m2.
