Heru Budi Was Reminded To Pay Off His Lack Of Salaries For PJLP DKI Which Had Not Matched The 2023 UMP

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono was again reminded by the DKI Jakarta DPRD to complete the payment of the lack of salaries for other individual service providers (PJLP) of DKI. Since last January, the salary received by PJLP has not been in accordance with the provincial minimum wage (UMP) in 2023. They still get a salary equivalent to the UMP in 2022. This was conveyed by Deputy Chairman of Commission C of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Rasyidi in his interruption at the plenary meeting of the DKI Jakarta DPRD with the agenda of delivering the Governor's speech regarding the Raperda on the APBD for the 2024 fiscal year. "We have heard and said that the PJLP problem which until now they have received (paid) IDR 4.6 million. If I'm not mistaken, this month it was actually paid IDR 4.9 according to our existing budget," said Rasyidi at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building, Thursday, October 5. As Rasyidi said, the DKI Provincial Government has promised to pay off the lack of PJLP salary value in October, after the ratification of regional regulations regarding changes to the APBD for the 2023 fiscal year. On that basis, Rasyidi urged Heru to instruct his staff to accelerate the disbursement of PJLP's salary shortages. "On this occasion, I ask the Acting Governor to order the BPKD (Regional Financial Management Agency) to hasten the payment of PJLP from Rp4.6 million to Rp4.9 million and that must apply from January 2023 to the working year," he explained. Some time ago, Assistant to the Government of the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of DKI Jakarta Sigit Wijatmoko explained that the payment of PJLP salaries, which this year is not in accordance with 2023, will be priced after this year's APBD changes have been completed. "If we look at the schedule of the Deliberative Body, this September it has been completed (changed APBD). So, our calculation in October 2023 is that at least they can get a new salary or structure wage. Plus the appearance of the difference between the value of the 2022 UMP and the 2023 UMP," Sigit told reporters, Friday, September 15. Sigit also promised that there would be no more similar cases in 2024. The DKI Provincial Government, he said, would anticipate an increase in the value of wages equivalent to the UMP next year.

"We use a fast methodology where this methodology has taken into account its connection with risk analysis and workload. This provides certainty for the service provider and service user," he explained.
