Then the suspects HS and RF were arrested on Jalan Sengkawit Gang Mandala RT 50 RW 22 Tanjung Selor Hilir Village, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan.

During the search, a clear plastic clip containing methamphetamine was found with a gross weight of 9.66 grams.

"From the suspect's confession, Bulungan bought methamphetamine and the plan was to bring it to Berau," he explained.

For the suspect ZD, continued Hardian, methamphetamine weighing 394.7 grams was secured. He was secured at Somel Port, Jalan Usman Harun RT 01, Pancang Village, North Sebatik District, Nunukan.

"ZD is an international network, because methamphetamine is purchased in Tawau and circulated in Nunukan," he said.

Currently, said Hardian, there are several people who are on the wanted list (DPO).

The articles suspected of five suspects are Article 114 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 112 paragraph 2 junto Article 132 paragraph 1 of Law (UU) Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.

"The minimum penalty is 5 years and a maximum of 20 years or the death penalty.
