PAN Values Joining Democrats Add Ammunition To Win Prabowo In The 2024 Presidential Election

JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Zulkifli Hasan or commonly called Zulhas welcomed the official support of the Democratic Party to carry Prabowo Subianto as a presidential candidate (readpres) in the 2024 presidential election.

According to Zulhas, the combination of the Democratic Party added to the strength of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) to win Prabowo Subianto.

"Adding great strength by joining the Democrats to the Advanced Indonesia Coalition, God willing, we can win the upcoming 2024 presidential election. PAN welcomes it well," said Zulhas, Thursday, September 21 night.

Zulhas said that Prabowo's supporting party is a team that will work with one another. According to him, by supporting Prabowo, the Democratic Party automatically joins KIM consisting of Gerindra, Golkar, PAN, PBB, Gelora, Garuda, and the Democratic Party.

"God willing, hopefully Prabowo will solve the struggle," he said.

It is known that Zulhas attended the Rapimnas event and the Democratic Party's declaration of supporting Prabowo along with the elite PAN ranks, namely the Chairperson of the Advisory Council of PAN Hatta Rajasa, Secretary General of PAN Eddy Soeparno, Deputy Chairperson of PAN Yandri Susanto, Chairman of the PAN faction of the DPR Saleh P Daulay, Chairman of BSN PAN Zita Anjani, Chairman of DPW PAN DKI Jakarta Eko Patrio, Chairman of DPW PAN West Java Desi Ratnasari, Chairman of Barisan Muda PAN Pasha Ungu, to the ranks of PAN cadres.

Arriving at the JCC, Zulhas was greeted by the Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) and the Chairman of the Democratic Party Faction Edhi Baskoro Yudhoyono or Ibas.

At the rapid event, AHY officially declared that the Democratic Party officially joined the Advanced Indonesia Coalition which supported Prabowo Subianto.

"I am Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, chairman of the Democratic Party, today officially declare Mr. Prabowo Subianto as a candidate for president of the Democratic Party for the 2024 election," said AHY.
