Obscene Man In Siak Riau Admits He Has Recorded His Female Neighbors 6 Times During A Bath

SIAK - The Opsnal Team of the Tualang Sector Police, Siak Regency, Riau Province, arrested the perpetrator who allegedly made a video recording of a neighbor's woman while taking a shower. The Head of the Tualang Police, Kompol Arry Prasetyo, confirmed the arrest of the pornography perpetrator. The perpetrator was arrested for making a recording on his cell phone in the bathroom of the rented house adjacent to the bathroom of the victim's house. "The perpetrator admitted that he had videoed the victim six times with different cellphones," said the police chief when confirmed, as reported by Antara, Friday, November 15. The last incident was discovered last Thursday morning in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The beginning of the incident was that the victim with the initials ELT was bathing in the bathroom behind his rented house. Suddenly the victim saw that there was a cellphone above the bathroom, which at that time she was naked. For a moment the victim was cleaning up again looking up, it turned out that the cellphone was no longer there. Then the victim came out of the bathroom, dressed and went to witness HN's house shaking and nervous. He informed him of what happened and informed him that the cellphone he saw was white android. After that, HN and the victim went straight to the neighbor's house to check the video. It turned out that the perpetrator tried to delete it and then checked it again in the garbage application and found the video video video. "We have secured evidence in the form of a white cellphone. We have detained the suspect at the Tualang Police Station to account for his actions," said the police chief.

The alleged article is charged in accordance with Article 29 in conjunction with Article 4 Paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography with the threat of imprisonment for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 12 years and/or a minimum fine of IDR 250 million and a maximum of IDR 6 billion.
