Police Arrest 39 Members Of Drug Gembong Fredy Pratama: Western And Eastern Region Forces

JAKARTA - The National Police arrested 39 members of the drug network Fredy Pratama. They are troops from the West and East regions in the circulation of narcotics.

"The role is that there are troops from the West and Eastern regions for the spread of methamphetamine and ecstasy," said Director of Narcotics Crimes at the National Police, Brigadier General Mukti Juharsa, to reporters, Tuesday, September 12.

In addition, there are also people who are trusted by Fredy Pratama to manage their networks like the same organization. Because, there are parts of finance and so on.

"There is also a role in making fake ID cards or fake identities. There is a role as a seller and there is as a financial collector, a financial driver," he said.

With dozens of people arrested, Fredy Pratama is currently left in the network.

Mukti said the mapping poses for Fredy Pratama's whereabouts were being carried out. So, the figure can be quickly arrested.

"So this is complete, just arrest the dedengkot, Freddy Pratama," said Mukti.

Dozens of Fredy Pratama's men who have been arrested were charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (2) subsidiary Article 112 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (2) of the Narcotics Law.

Some of them were also charged with Article 3, 4, 5 of Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Exclusion.
