Dozens of Fredy Pratama's men who have been arrested are suspected of being under Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (2) subsidiary Article 112 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (2) of the Narcotics Law.

Some of them were also charged with Article 3, 4, 5 of Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Exclusion.
