The Sumbawa Prosecutor's Office Has Returned The Files Of 6 Corruption Suspects For The Development Of The Rupang Health Center To Investigators

The prosecutor's office gave police investigators instructions regarding the completeness of files belonging to six suspects in the alleged corruption case in the construction project of the Ropang Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Sumbawa Regency.

"So, from the results of the prosecutor's research, there are a number of clues, both in terms of formal and material requirements. Regarding the research prosecutor's instructions, he was reluctant to explain considering that the handling of the case was still under the control of police investigators.

"Essentially, we have provided a number of notes, and they must be completed by investigators before being transferred back to the prosecutor," he said.

Sumbawa Police Investigators have named 6 suspects in the alleged corruption case of the Rupang Health Center project.

They are commitment-making officials with the initials ZU (48), implementing contractors acting as directors with the initials JN (48), project attorney recipients with the initials ZA (44), and three other suspects from the procurement service unit (ULP) with the initials HP (47), YB (50), and RD (44).

Following up on the determination, investigators have just detained one of the six suspects, namely JN. JN's detention was deposited in Sumbawa Prison.

The construction project of this health facility building uses the Ministry of Health's Affirmation Special Allocation Fund (DAK) budget (Kemenkes) worth IDR 6.4 billion.

In implementing the work contract, the implementing contractor authorized suspect ZA. During the construction, it was revealed that there was an alleged delay in the work, causing job divide to reach 53 percent of the disbursement of 65 percent of the budget.

With this deviation, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) issued a letter of warning to the health office and the inspectorate until there was a recovery of Rp. 50 million from the findings of state losses of Rp. 947 million.
