YOGYAKARTA - The Yogyakarta Special Region Government has issued a Location Determination Permit (IPL) for the construction of the Solo-Yogyakarta-Kulon Progo Toll Road for the Yogyakarta-Kulon Progo Section in Sleman and Bantul Regencies.
The IPL was determined based on the Decree of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 235/KEP/2023.
"The construction period is carried out for approximately 36 months after the implementation stage is completed," said Yogyakarta Regional Secretary Beny Suharsono in an announcement letter regarding the determination of the Solo-Jogja-Kulon Progo toll road IPL as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 31.
According to Beny, the location of the development plan is located in Sleman Regency and Bantul Regency with an estimated area of land needed reaching approximately 159.053 hectares.
He mentioned that in the Sleman area, the construction site is located in Mlati District, precisely in Tirtoadi Village; then Gamping District includes Trihanggo Village, Nogotirto, Banyuraden, Ambarketawang and Balecatur.
Furthermore, Godean Glasses are located in Sidoarum, Sidomulyo, Sidokarto, and Moyudan sub-districts in Sumberrahayu Village.
Meanwhile, in the Bantul Regency area, the construction is located in Sedayu District, namely Argomulyo and Argosari Villages.
Beny said the implementation of land acquisition in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 includes the preparation stages including team formation, development plans, initial data collection, public consultations, location determination, announcement of location determination.
In the same fiscal year, he said, among other things, a land acquisition executive committee will be formed, the formation of Task Force A and Task Force B, verification of inventory and identification results, submission of compensation and deliberation of forms of loss, to the implementation of compensation payments.
Meanwhile, the implementation and delivery of the results, according to him, will be carried out in the 2024 Fiscal Year.
