Police Autopsy Body Of Girl In Cianjur Who Disappeared Day By Day

The Cianjur Police, West Java, conducted an autopsy on the body of Susan (8), a daughter of a resident of Tanjungsari Village, Agrabinta District, to determine the cause of the death of the victim who had been missing for nine days.

Agrabinta Police Chief Iptu Nanda Riharja said the family felt strange about the victim's death because it was found on the beach with the condition of most of the body just recovering, so they asked for an autopsy.

"We immediately took the bodies of the victims, most of whom were left with their bones, to the Cianjur Sayang Hospital at the request of the family to determine the cause of death of the victims," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, July 28.

The autopsy schedule will be carried out between Monday or Wednesday next week. The family is just waiting for the results from the forensic team, while the case will then be handled by the Cianjur Police.

As for the handling of cases, the family and several witnesses have undergone examination at the Cianjur Police Headquarters for further investigation.

"The family was asked for information regarding the loss of the victim for nine days and the victim was not swept away or carried away by the current," he said.

As previously reported, the police investigated the cause of the death of Susan's daughter (8), a resident of Tanjungsari Village, Agrabinta District, Cianjur, who was reported missing nine days ago, on July 18, 2023 by her parents.

Agrabinta Police Chief Iptu Nanda Riharja, said that initially Susan was escorted home by her brother, but had not yet arrived at his house, she asked to be taken down on the grounds that she wanted to play at another brother's house.

Since then, the family has not found Susan and tried to search until the evening before the family finally reported the matter to the Agrabinta Police Headquarters.
