JAKARTA - The Governor of Central Java (Central Java) Ganjar Pranowo emphasized that there should be no illegal levies or extortion in schools for any reason. Ganjar said he received a protest from the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) for removing the Principal of State Vocational 1 Sale, Rembang Regency, who was suspected of committing extortion under the pretext of infaqing every class increase. "I told you, I was protested by PGRI, 'Pak Ganjar should not rush to remove the principal, you know, you should clarify first'," he said, quoted from Antara. Regarding the protest, he admitted that he had never made a decision without clarification. "But I don't want extortion in schools, points, no coma. If you can't afford it, move aside," he said. According to him, videos about the problem were uploaded to social media and watched by more than 10 million people and eventually exposed everywhere, even in East Java moved.
